On August 4, the "TARGET AGRO" company held an open seminar on the use of chemical plant protection products for farm units in the Amur Region at the experimental plots in one of the fields of the ANK farming enterprise.

Earlier, on July 4, 2015, experiments on the use of herbicides for weed control were conducted in this field. In total, 8 plots were established, which clearly demonstrated the effect of different tank mixtures of herbicides and their effectiveness.

At the seminar, farmers from all over the region could personally see the effectiveness of some herbicides and the ineffectiveness of others, however, compared to the results in the "control" plot, which was not treated with any herbicides, each experimental plot looked much less weed-grown.

At the seminar, recommendations were presented to farmers on weed control, and everyone had the opportunity to personally discuss agricultural issues and the problem of fields weediness, which is especially relevant this year.

The TARGET AGRO company plans to continue to conduct experiments on the use of herbicides in the future and to hold similar seminars.
