On April 26-27, the Second International Investment Forum "Agro Far East and Siberia 2017" was successfully held in Vladivostok. It was attended by 500 representatives of agricultural holdings, farm units, investors, service companies and investment project managers, representatives of the federal and regional governments, and the "Target Agro" company among them.
"Agro Far East and Siberia" forum is a professional international platform for dialogue, exchange of experience, search for solutions and consolidation of efforts of representatives of government and business to attract investment in the agro-industrial complex of the Far East and Siberia and intensify the socio-economic development of the region.
More than 115 people took part in presentations and discussions - heads of such companies as PRODO Group, Agrotek Holding, Primorie Vegetable Experimental Station, Khlebodar, Gloria, "ANK-Holding" and many others.
The program of the forum consisted of sessions and discussions focused on investments, financing and innovations in the agro-industrial sector, crop production, livestock and fish farming, prospects for small and medium-sized businesses, new trade opportunities, aspects of biosafety and smart farming and many other topical issues.
The Forum showed that the Far East and Siberia have huge agricultural potential and are very attractive for investors. Participation in events of this level is a good reason to profile oneself, establish business linkages, and promote the products. “We worked very productively at the forum, our products - soybean meal - was of great interest for the "Far Eastern Poultry" enterprise, said Stepan Inyutochkin, commercial director of "ANK-Holding". - I think it is necessary to participate in such events, because agricultural producers in the Far East of Russia are somewhat inconnected. We need to communicate, establish business contacts, exchange experiences.
The third annual forum "Agro Far East and Siberia 2018" will be held in Novosibirsk on April 25-26.
