On Wednesday, October 15, a significant event both for the ANK and for the whole Amur Region took place - the presentation of a new oil extraction plant. This is a completely new project and a new stage in the history of the company! It will produce soybean meal - the most important component in the production of mixed feeds, as well as soybean oil. It took almost 2 years and 250 million rubles to complete the first stage of the project. The second stage will be the construction of a vegetable oil refining and packaging line. The building works will start in 2015.
The enterprise is equipped with the most modern equipment and technologies allowing to produce a higher quality product. The plant's products will be sold both in our and other regions.
The production technological line includes equipment for dehulling of soybeans. This will increase the soybean meal protein content by 2-3 percent and reduce the oil content by up to 0.5 percent. Thanks to this method of production, the quality of soybean meal will be higher, which means that the products will generally become more competitive," - explained Yuri Rubanov, Executive Director of "Soya ANK" LLC. - Also, the plant will use a new method of expanding raw materials for extraction.
The plant's capacity is 200 tons per day, 70 thousand tons of soybeans per year. The enterprise will be able to produce 50 thousand tons of soybean meal and 10 thousand tons of soybean oil. Raw materials for the production will be supplied from the fields of the ANK Agrofirm, as well as from our partners with whom we have long-term relations. Today the Agrofirm has 40,000 hectares of agricultural land, of which 32,000 hectares is arable land. In 2014, soybeans were planted on 18,000 hectares of land. Harvesting is now underway, and the estimated harvest will be 28,000 tons. In 2014, 5,000 hectares of land were purchased in the Seryshevsky district. The plans for 2015 are to sow 25,000 hectares of soybeans and harvest 40,000 tons. This makes 70% of the plant's load.
Our goal is to create a logistics chain for the production and sale of products from the field to the end customers.
The solemn event was attended by officials of the city and the region: Sergei Vologdin, Minister of Agriculture, Vladislav Bakumenko, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government, Orlov Vasily Alexandrovich, Minister of Economic Development of the region. Among the guests of the event were representatives of agricultural institutions, peasant farms, representatives of banks, as well as partners and clients of the company who arrived in Blagoveshchensk from all over Russia.
The opening ceremony began with a welcoming speech by Inyutochkin Pavel Nikolayevich, General Director of the "ANK-Holding". Next, the plant was launched at the production site, after which the first batch of soybeans was sent for processing. Many of the guests present said kind words to "ANK-Holding".
The guests were offered a tour of the production areas of the plant, after which its products were presented. The guests could also see the exhibition of photographs "History of the construction of the plant". The event ended with a buffet table and presentation of memorable gifts to the guests.
